„Blackthorn“ wurde 1892 entworfen und ursprünglich im Blockdruckverfahren hergestellt. Es zeigt weiße Schlehenblüten und Veilchen mit Wiesenblumen wie Schachbrettblumen und gelben Gänseblümchen. Die Blüten blühen aus einem Gitter aus gewundenem Laub, Blättern und Stängeln in diesem ikonischen Morris-Muster. Typisch für Morris' Arbeiten ist „Blackthorn“ eine Hommage an die Schönheit der Natur. „Blackthorn Daydream“ ist eine etwas sanftere Interpretation von Morris' klassischem Design mit neutralen Rosatönen, gedämpftem Gelb und mehrfarbigem Grau, begleitet von dezenten weißen Motiven auf hellgrauem Untergrund. Diese Tapete mit matter Oberfläche verleiht jedem Haus ein wohnliches Gefühl.
