Order Processing Time/Shipping

Our shipping time frame is typically 3-5 business days. Once your order is received we will process this within 1 - 2 days and shall endeavour to ship within 2 - 3 days. In certain instances where an item is out of stock then we will advise you when the item will be back in stock. Our timing estimations are estimates and not contractual terms. If you order is urgent and required by a certain deadline then please advise us before placing the order so that we can supply you with a best estimate on delivery.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at the check-out and are based on current DHL air freight costs and the weight of your order.

 

Local Options/Collections

We are unable to offer a local collection option for goods purchased. This is because many of our goods are sourced from our suppliers outside of our own location and consequently for faster delivery we will ship directly to the customer.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number where by you can then track your shipment at: https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking.html

You will be able to amend the delivery of your order directly with DHL and if you have supplied a mobile number with your order then a link will be sent by text allowing you to track and amend the delivery of your order.

How to check your shipping status

Once your order has shipped we will send you the tracking number for the order and the location as well as delivery day can then be checked online at the shipping carriers website using the tracking number,

Process for missing items

If you believe your order has been lost in transit then please email or phone us so that we can contact the carrier to locate the item. If the carrier reports the item as lost then we shall replace the item by shipping a replacement.

Our handling and in-transit times means that in general the total time from ordering to delivery is 3 to 5 business days.
